Set in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, our Paracombe project took advantage of glorious views over the hills and valley beyond the boundaries of the property.

Designed in sympathy with its surrounding natural environment, this Paracombe entire home renovation created contemporary and comfortable home for our client to take in that breathtaking natural outlook.

Playing into the landscape, our project consisted of constructing a small living room addition, a new rear and side verandah, and an ensuite and main bathroom renovation. Painted throughout, new floors were installed, while outdoors, the transformation was complete with the installation of a new Colorbond roof and rendered exterior walls.

Framed by new Rylock sliding glass doors, our clients can now enjoy uninterrupted views from the central living space and bedrooms.

"We got in touch with Luke last year and we got him out to the house and had a nice coffee with him, and we went through all of our plans, our ideas. We had drawn up some sketches on what we wanted and that's how we started the process with Luke.

One of the benefits that we found working with Callery Building was that they've got existing relationships with a lot of other people in the industry one of which is Bec with Brock Fabel Designs. So Luke was able to bring her along and to get design input from Bec right from the beginning for us, and I think having the Builder and the Designer work together right from the beginning meant that a lot of potential issues were avoided for us in the future."
