A very unique custom built addition to the home, with a six month project duration.
We completed an extensive renovation to a wonderful home located in Lower Hermitage throughout 2018. Some stand-out features of the renovation included a new Sandstone frontage, and Golden Cypress floor frame, roof frame and ceiling cladding from Victoria.
The rear of the extension was set off with large gable windows overlooking the backyard, with an open front ensuite soaking up the view. Spotted Gum floorboards installed on the second story also created the ceiling lining for the large ground floor rumpus room.
Overall, we were extremely happy with the project, as were the wonderful clients!

"We can’t thank Luke and his team from Callery building enough for making our home extension such a great experience. From quoting for the job to completion Luke and his team were highly professional, organised and dependable throughout the whole project. Luke promptly replies to concerns and questions and is always organised and efficient in all aspects.
Luke has an ability to listen, interpret and understand what you want and then make it happen. He and his team, through their knowledge and experience, were also able to guide us and make suggestions that improved the result. They were also very accommodating for any changes we chose to make along the way and were always up for trying something a little different.
Luke and his team of Travis, Jack and Fraser are hardworking and a very friendly crew to have around your home and will complete your project with a high level of workmanship. They also leave the site clean and tidy at the end of each day making living at a worksite much easier!
For us this extension was stress free and such a fun experience and that came with knowing the project was in safe and dependable hands and the outstanding result speaks for itself. We would highly recommend Callery building and would definitely chose them again for any future projects."
